America’s honor is restored. And by America’s honor, I mean Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin’s bank accounts! good job, Wingnut Suckas! I’m sure maybe a few cents will end up at the charity, but only whatever Canadian pennies accidentally got put in the donation baskets.
The crowd was estimated at 87,000, but that didn’t stop Glenn Beck and the rest of the rightwing loons to inflate the numbers and soon they were over half a million. By Friday there will have been 96 quintillion people at Beck’s rally. All of them white.
And the “peaceful crowd” was filled with violent psychopaths.
Hey, Japan is ripping off the Teabaggers for their own crazy xenophobic mobs!
The demonstrators appeared one day in December, just as children at an elementary school for ethnic Koreans were cleaning up for lunch. The group of about a dozen Japanese men gathered in front of the school gate, using bullhorns to call the students cockroaches and Korean spies.
….
More significantly, the protests also signaled the emergence here of a new type of ultranationalist group. The groups are openly anti-foreign in their message, and unafraid to win attention by holding unruly street demonstrations.
Since first appearing last year, their protests have been directed at not only Japan’s half million ethnic Koreans, but also Chinese and other Asian workers, Christian churchgoers and even Westerners in Halloween costumes. In the latter case, a few dozen angrily shouting demonstrators followed around revelers waving placards that said, “This is not a white country.”
….
No such estimates exist for the size of the new Net right. However, the largest group appears to be the cumbersomely named Citizens Group That Will Not Forgive Special Privileges for Koreans in Japan, known here by its Japanese abbreviation, the Zaitokukai, which has some 9,000 members.
The Zaitokukai gained notoriety last year when it staged noisy protests at the home and junior high school of a 14-year-old Philippine girl, demanding her deportation after her parents were sent home for overstaying their visas. More recently, the Zaitokukai picketed theaters showing “The Cove,” an American documentary about dolphin hunting here that rightists branded as anti-Japanese.
In interviews, members of the Zaitokukai and other groups blamed foreigners, particularly Koreans and Chinese, for Japan’s growing crime and unemployment, and also for what they called their nation’s lack of respect on the world stage. Many seemed to embrace conspiracy theories taken from the Internet that China or the United States were plotting to undermine Japan.
…..
Mr. Sakurai says the group is not racist, and rejected the comparison with neo-Nazis. Instead, he said he had modeled his group after another overseas political movement, the Tea Party in the United States. He said he had studied videos of Tea Party protests, and shared with the Tea Party an angry sense that his nation had gone in the wrong direction because it had fallen into the hands of leftist politicians, liberal media as well as foreigners.

- Friend of the site D.C. Douglas has made a new video to help Dick Armey and Matt Kibbe sell their book Give Us Liberty: A Tea Party Manifesto:
Also how awesome is it that DC Douglas is in Titanic II? Pretty awesome. - Alan Simpson says dumb stuff, somehow isn’t fired from awful committee that shouldn’t exist. Also Digby is almost always right.
- Some Muslim/American news:
- Opponents of the Ground Zero Community Center staged a rally where they tried to mob a black guy because he looked Muslim. But they were probably all liberal plants.
- In New York, a guy named Michael Enright stabbed Muslim cab driver Ahmed H. Sharif while screaming things like “Assalamu Alaikum”and “consider this a checkpoint”. But he was probably a liberal plant.
- A drunk guy entered a mosque in Queens on Wednesday evening, stuck up his middle finger and cursed at everyone, called them terrorists, and then peed on some prayer rugs. But he was probably a liberal plant.

- Glenn Beck’s 8-28 Rally is this weekend, where Beck will try to co-opt the Civil Rights Movement in order to sell books..I mean, be patriotic and take back America. It has nothing to do with selling books. But his books will be available for purchase! Real Patriotic Americans will be at the 9-12 Rally instead! Which one will have the larger made up number of attendees? You’ll have to wait and see!

- So there were a few fights at the Iowa State Fair and rumors swirled it was Beat Whitey Night and that gangs of black youths were systematically beating down poor white people. Despite the police now denying there was a Beat Whitey Night, the right wing noise machine went into full force, and soon FreeRepublic’s whining and blanket race war threats had gotten the attention of the Aryan Nation!
Aryan Nations Headed to Des Moines, Iowa
Paul Mullet is the director of the Aryan Nations Church of Jesus Christ Christian. When he heard Rep. Ako Abdul-Samad, Democrat from Des Moines say that there wasn’t enough information about the beatings and attacks to call them racially motivated, he said they (Aryan Nations) were going to Des Moines. When asked how many were coming or when they were coming, Mullet said he wasn’t going to let anyone know ahead of time. He (Mullet) said he wasn’t stupid.
That’s right, the white supremacist guy’s name is Mullet.
Luckily FreeRepublic is sensible and they all deny the Nazis..oh, wait..

Funny…don’t much about Iowa Aryan Nations sorts but maybe the black fellows should study Greensboro NC before they go off half cocked

Mark Williams returns
In the past few weeks some stories have slipped by due to work leaving me solo, so here we’re catching up on one and using it as an excuse to post more Resistnet caps. Remember Tea Party Express racist Mark Williams? He wrote a fake letter to the NAACP by a “slave” that was denounced by pretty much everyone with a nanogram of common sense. Then the Tea Party Express kicked him out. He disappeared…for a few weeks, and is now back hyping up the new Citizens Reclaiming Constitutional Liberties PAC. So that’s the new scam! Donate today, Mark Williams needs some new white sheets!
As Williams revealed his new plans he also took a swipe at the Tea Party movement for not being able to move beyond “the cheerleading stage.”
Williams revealed, first to CNN, that he is helping to form a political action committee that will channel “Tea Party passion” into electing conservative candidates.
Williams said the effort will be called the “Citizens Reclaiming Constitutional Liberties PAC.” He told CNN that paperwork is currently being filed to establish the group and that it should be up and running by August 16. From there, the PAC will proceed in raising seed money and finding candidates it deems conservative enough, Williams said.
“We’ll be looking for…conservative young people who have something to offer, something to say and don’t identify, in some cases, with either party,” Williams told CNN in an exclusive interview.
Below the fold is some Resistnet screencaps of all their Tea Party Express mentions, because, why not?

TERROR BABIES!!!!
A US politician is seriously discussing this, and a US TV Newschannel is seriously discussing it instead of instantly calling it a giant pile of horse puke. But at least Rep. Louis Gohmert makes a great case….at how freaking crazy he is!

Breitbart’s “Uni-Tea” Festival was a complete failure
Further cementing The Tea Party’s, and especially Andrew Breitbart’s guilt, when it comes to the tactic of applying racism in order to achieve an agenda or rally your base. From the first announcement till a week after the event had ended, I knew Andrew Breitbart’s “Uni-Tea” party, held this past weekend in Philadelphia, was going to be one of the most literal embodiments of the ideas that concern the concept of “irony” of any previous Tea Party rally since their first one held on Tax Day way back when in 2009. If you remember back to a few days after the Shirley Sherrod debacle, once most of the dust had settled, Andrew Breitbart announced his Uni-Tea summit on FOX News, a venue to finally unite the races at, or at least to get a few minority participants to run out to the rally of a group that stand in opposition of everything in these people’s self interest, a chance to finally prove one and for all that the Tea Party Movement is in fact not a bunch of old white rich people but a civil rights movement of bi-racial harmony. What better city for such a multi-racial gather than Philadelphia, the city of Brotherly Love? I’m sure it was a huge success.
Well, let’s just say you know a Conservative event didn’t go so well when its sole coverage headlines on ‘Geraldo At Large’. From CrooksandLiars.com:
White People! A sea of White people that stretches from horizon to horizon! Well, saying it was a sea is being generous actually (the crowd numbered in the 150-200 range), but you can be sure there were at least a few people of color hovering around the event held in historic Old Town Philadelphia on a Saturday in July. Could you imagine having been the producer on this news package?
“Holy fucking shit Geraldo we’re at the Uni-Tea event and we’re shooting all this B-roll of the crowd and the people waving signs and we don’t have ANY footage whatsoever of a single ethnic minority in this crowd what the hell are we going to do for the show?! This event is making Andrew Breitbart look like a ridiculous tool and even our viewership isn’t dumb enough to buy this news package.”
Don’t worry, just interview some minority looking people in the afternoon after the compelling speakers and large crowds have died down a bit.
David Neiwert makes a good point:
Funny that these black conservatives are willing to look the other way when it comes to racism directed at someone other than African Americans.
But then, their turnout last weekend should have been their biggest clue.
I’m not so sure I agree with Boehlert that events like the one in Philly mean the Tea Parties are now a spent movement. I suspect that the Tea Parties will start drawing big crowds again when they can get back to the red meat that their crowd craves: defending “white culture” and white privilege, reviving the Patriot movement and playing to the nativists. Look for the immigration debate especially to draw out the worst.
But when the purpose of the event is to prove they’re not racist (by featuring a bevy of black speakers), well, that’s kind of stepping on their underlying message, isn’t it? No wonder it got that kind of turnout.
So what are the implications of the fallout from an event held in order to somehow “prove” the Tea Party is not motivated by a racial thread but instead is attended solely by the party’s dedicated base of white old well-to-do folks? I thought the Tea Party was about taxes or something in the first place, now they’re campaigning against reality and the irrefutable proof of their racially discriminating ways by holding an event that is poorly attended by the same people it was meant to encourage participation through? If anything it just makes Andrew Breitbart look even worse, and frankly I am OK with that.
Where was the Lamestream media on this one, on another note? CNN has really been giving Breitbart the dog and pony treatment considering what he, and his organization alone, have done to actively discriminate against organizations of African-American enfranchisement in the past few weeks and months. Does Breitbart have that much money that he’s able to pay off the watchdogs at CNN over a bomb exploding in his face? It’s fine if you don’t want to press him on the real questions because he’s Andrew Breitbart and all, but at least make light or run a follow-up to the unfortunate End Game that was the first episode of ‘The Shirley Sherrod Scandal’.
Next months episode will feature lawyers! I’m excited and hoping for a cameo from Sam Watterson.
Tea Party Express/Mark Williams supposedly booted from National Tea Party Federation
So the National Tea Party Federation, the self-appointed bigwigs of the Tea Party group (aka the biggest front groups pretending to be grassroots) kicked out Mark Williams and the Tea Party Express over his famous letter to Lincoln.
This came to a shock to many in the Tea Party movement because they didn’t know there was a National Tea Party Federation! Yes, sorry suckers, you are just tools of the big money men! Oddly enough, the National Tea Party Federation was pretty low-key when it formed, the announcements were barely mentioned on the member groups we monitor and the whole thing sank into obscurity. The only reason Politisink hasn’t mentioned it was they announced the group around the time we were making plans to transfer over to Politisink from the TarsTarkas.NET Blog and I figured we’d mention them in September when their big march in DC was supposed to happen. But the news has a way of changing things!
The National Tea Party Federation is a real thing, they even have a website! Under the AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS banner we see a list of many big moneyed organizations including FreedomWorks, the National Taxpayers Union, the Family Research Council, and Americans for Prosperity. The complete list:
60 Plus
Americans for Prosperity
Americans for Tax Reform
Bannon Strategic Advisors
Citizens Against Government Waste
Citizens United
Constitutional Sovereignty Alliance
Contract From America
Doctor Patient Medical Association
Family Research Council
FreedomWorks
Heartland Institute
Institute for Liberty
Let Freedom Ring
Moms for America
National Taxpayers Union
Ronald Reagan Institute for
Conservative Leadership
Richard Viguerie
Tea Party Patriots Live!
Victory Media Group
We’re going to work on a spotter’s guide to help identify some of the Tea Party groups in the future.
But first, the Tea Party Express responded via TPE member Joe Wierzbicki (coordinator for the Tea Party Express) and insulted the size of the Federation (saying that the TPE’s 400,000 members is larger than the Federation – which claims over 1 million members, btw, so never trust any teabagger’s numbers – and then makes a bunch of Star Trek references and calls the NAACP the Real Racists:
The Tea Party Express with over 400,000 members is by far larger than the Tea Party Federation’s entire membership. Most rank-and-file tea party activists think we’re talking about Star Trek when we try to explain who the “Federation” is. Given the absurdity of the actions by the “Federation,” this is quite fitting, since their conduct is alien to our membership.
“Groups trying to say who can or can’t be ‘expelled’ from the tea party movement is arrogant and preposterous. Perhaps this explains why so many tea party groups have left the “Federation” during the past few months. Whatever the reason, most tea party activists are focused on taking back their country and the upcoming 2010 elections and not silly power games being played by individuals such as those in the “Federation.”To add to the absurdity of the “Federation” they have also informed us that our members can’t participate in something called their “basecamp” communication network, which makes us think that the individuals involved in the “Federation” spend a bit too much time watching science fiction movies and cartoons. We here at the Tea Party Express prefer a focus that is more grounded in the Constitution and electing tea party conservatives to offices of import in these 2010 elections.
The “Federation” has enabled and empowered the NAACP’s racist attacks on the tea party movement, and they should be ashamed of themselves.
Circular firing squads of groups within the tea party movement attacking one another accomplish nothing, and on this issue the Tea Party Federation is wrong, and has both enabled and empowered the NAACP’s racist attacks on the tea party movement. Which is something they’ll realize when they beam themselves back from basecamp.
As an additional note, whoever typed that up for CNN added like eight extra quotation marks for no reason randomly throughout the speech, which I had to edit out because we have standards here at Politisink (believe it or not!)
So reactions on Resistnet.com were non-existant to the Williams letter, in fact, the site never even mentioned it until someone posted a thread late Sunday night asking what the frak was going on. No official Resistnet person has replied or commented about the latest development.
FreeRepublic has had a different approach. Besides most of the threads about Mark Williams’s letter getting pulled almost immediately, FreeRepublic.com founder Jim Robinson (and Tea Party Express rider) has been fuming at the mouth about how they are NOT expelling Mark Williams:
I’ve caravaned across country several times with Mark Williams and the Tea Party Express and have attended hundreds of their rallies in nearly every state of the lower 57. I know that he is not a racist. Never heard of the Tea Party Federation. They are NOT my leader. In fact, they can kiss my ass!!

Resistnet vs the NAACP
The spat between the NAACP and the Tea Party groups exploded into a bigger mess than I thought it would. You see, despite the fact that we spend hours each week pouring over right wing sites and reading all sorts of awful things, we at Politisink are still decent people, and thus, don’t automatically think about how awful a backlash of racism will be against groups that have been demonized for months on Glenn Beck. Our mistakes. But, besides Mark Williams’s awesome letter that totally proved the NAACP’s point better than they could themselves, Resistnet’s commentors have also been weighing in on this issue. And, being Resistnet, they’ve been weighing in as a bunch of racists.
Miles is our douchebag of the day, because his story is frakking insane. Besides the obvious lies about how much money a family gets and the pre-1994 welfare reform arguments about families spending generations on welfare, there are more spelling errors than if you threw 1000 Scrabble pieces at random on the ground.
Wow, Lynn Bryant DeSpain is a moron. The NAACP fought against Wilson and his racist segregation policies, and the “entitlements” crap he is talking about is probably a reference to things FDR started, not Wilson. This is what happens when you get history lessons from Glenn Beck and Jonah Goldberg. But “seven babies, seven fathers” is totally not racist! Why do the blacks not like us?
Tea Party Express’s Mark Williams goes nuts
Tea Party Express bigwig Mark Williams took the Teabagger/NAACP spat a bit further…to the INSANO ZONE! He upped this “letter” on his webpage! It is a fake letter from a black guy to President Lincoln.
Dear Mr. Lincoln
We Colored People have taken a vote and decided that we don’t cotton to that whole emancipation thing. Freedom means having to work for real, think for ourselves, and take consequences along with the rewards. That is just far too much to ask of us Colored People and we demand that it stop!
In fact we held a big meeting and took a vote in Kansas City this week. We voted to condemn a political revival of that old abolitionist spirit called the ‘tea party movement’.The tea party position to “end the bailouts” for example is just silly. Bailouts are just big money welfare and isn’t that what we want all Colored People to strive for? What kind of racist would want to end big money welfare? What they need to do is start handing the bail outs directly to us Colored People! Of course, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is the only responsible party that should be granted the right to disperse the funds.
And the ridiculous idea of “reduce[ing] the size and intrusiveness of government.” What kind of massa would ever not want to control my life? As Colored People we must have somebody care for us otherwise we would be on our own, have to think for ourselves and make decisions and if you do not agree than there is not enough Colored in your People, as we labeled Ken Gladney [source]
The racist tea parties also demand that the government “stop the out of control spending.” Again, they directly target Colored People. That means we Colored People would have to compete for jobs like everybody else and that is just not right.Perhaps the most racist point of all in the tea parties is their demand that government “stop raising our taxes.” That is outrageous! How will we Colored People ever get a wide screen TV in every room if non-coloreds get to keep what they earn? Totally racist! The tea party expects coloreds to be productive members of society?
Mr. Lincoln, you were the greatest racist ever. We had a great gig. Three squares, room and board, all our decisions made by the massa in the house. Please repeal the 13th and 14th Amendments and let us get back to where we belong.
Sincerely
Precious Ben Jealous, Tom’s Nephew National Association for the Advancement of Colored People Head Colored Person
I would just like to point out that Resistnet is best buddies with the Tea Party Express. The rest of this letter…I’ll just let it speak for itself.
Drain Clogs – 07-14-2010
There are three big stories right now:
1- NAACP vs Teabaggers
The NAACP supported a resolution condemning the racism at some Tea Party events and asking that Tea Party groups condemn the racism as well, and that drove the Teabaggers into a frothing furor of hate and bile. The foam from their mouths flooded six states and 329 people drowned.
Mark Williams, the spokesperson for Tea Party Express (friends of our buddies at Resistnet.com) said:
Here is a nice video of the racism that doesn’t exist:
2- The Immigration list being sent around Utah – someone is sending around an email list of 1300 names (including 200 children) of supposed illegal immigrants, including names, birth dates, addresses, and SSNs. Yes, their social security numbers. Supporters justify this by saying that the illegals are using fake SSNs. Note that they are saying this without seeing the list, knowing anything about it, or being concerned at all that someone broke into some sort of database and pulled all this private information and is sending it all over the internet. Followup reports have mentioned that some of the names on the list are US citizens.
A letter from the anonymous group Concerned Citizens for the United States attached to the list also pointed out that six women on the list were pregnant and should be deported immediately.
The CCUS website ( http://ccoa.us/ ) is just a giant .JPG image with standard conservative crazy writing and fonts/colors with an embedded audio file.
Here is another goofy website one of the writers here found: http://illegalalienreport.com/ It’s a site where you can report illegal aliens yourself!
3- Obama=Hitler billboard that got put up in Iowa and was quickly covered up as everyone on the planet was offended except idiot Teabaggers.
Extra news:
Erick Erickson, RedState.com guy and CNN employee who is an expert on goat-fucking child molesters, says the GOP should use racial fearmongering to demonize blacks to scare up votes.
That’s related to the New Black Panthers scaremongering currently inflating the right wing nuts (as we saw on FreeRepublic recently)
And here is FoxNews anchor Megyn Kelly flipping out over this issue.
In other Black People Fearmongering news, Republican Tennessee Congressional candidate George Flinn is caught in a dirty three-way primary battle where he is now being accused of being a gangsta rap overlord. Yes, a gangsta rap overlord.
